As we approach our final home study of the year,
anticipation is starting to settle in.
What is the age of the child?

What is the gender?

What is the race/ethnicity?
Unknown
What day are we getting our foster child?
Unknown
There is one thing that we do know though.
God is going to watch over us,
provide for us,
and take care of us,
through thick and thin.

where you needed mommy
over everyone.

and putting on your clothes,
to combing your hair,
and watching you grow.

Now it’s time I set you free
to see what kind of toddler you grow up to be.
These times I will forever cherish,
and I can’t wait to see you
spread your wings,
and watch you flourish.

Do you see an incredible Nana,
who will do any and everything,
to make sure you are happy in life?
Do you see her shoulders,
that you are able to cry or rest your head on,
any day that you need to?
Do you see the person,
who will inspire you and push you,
to be the best possible version of yourself?
Do you see the person,
who is always just a text, phone call, or drive away?
