Do you see what I see?
Do you see an incredible Nana,
who will do any and everything,
to make sure you are happy in life?
Do you see her shoulders,
that you are able to cry or rest your head on,
any day that you need to?
Do you see the person,
who will inspire you and push you,
to be the best possible version of yourself?
Do you see the person,
who is always just a text, phone call, or drive away?

Temperature changing from hot to cold
Aching and hurting in all areas of the body
Coughing so hard and deep
Audible wheezing with each breath in and out
That’s when she knew
she was sick.

“The potential for a child falling down the steps”

“The rundown barn that needs to be taken care of”

Once all the roadblocks are removed,
the only thing left is hope.
