If you remember my post from Tuesday on 10 tools that you need to build a fence, then this post on how to do it will make perfect sense! Hope this gives hope to anyone looking to do so in their future!
○dig hole with auger.. fill hole with 3 inches of gravel/rock gravel (for the 4 corner posts + two gate posts you must dig 33 inches with auger, for the rest of the post only 14 inches)
○put post in-level it with the other posts
○fill hole around posts with concrete mix and be sure to pack hole and make sure it is flat and closes all edges near post
○ place fencing on post-make sure it is level and then staple it securely and cut extra fencing/wire at the bottom
○build gate and place in the middle two posts and make sure it is secured on to the posts and that it works effectively.
** Bonus would be make sure you trim off the top of the posts to make them all level and place a header on top.. We are hopefully finishing that this coming week! 🙂
