That moment when
your heart is beating so fast
you can feel it outside your chest.
That moment when
your body is shaking so fast
almost mimicking the movements of a seizure.
That moment when
everything you know and love
gets turned upside down.
That’s what it feels like
when you just received the worst news of your life.
