This feeling happens
when you least expect it
it’s called
-grief-
It feels as if
in that very moment
nothing else could hurt worse
-grief-
People can say
it passes or it gets better
but the truth is
it will never go away
-grief-
Don’t ignore it
embrace it
just feel it
-grief-
Let the tears fall down
scream out loud
write something down
But whatever you do
just don’t ignore it
-grief-

So very wise. Grief is a natural part of experiencing loss and if we deny or ignore it, we run the risk of experiencing greater issues in the future. And, at the end of the day, experiencing grief means we have loved and that is never a bad thing. Well-said!

I completely agree with your statement, and no, it’s never bad to truly let yourself feel something.. even if it brings you to a place of vulnerability or even sadness.
